Each capsule delivers 250 mg of hydroxycitric acid from 500 mg of a high-quality, standardized Garcinia cambogia extract for a total of 750 mg of HCA per day (3 capsules). This natural extract comes from a tropical fruit grown in several Asian rain forest areas. Research indicates that HCA can help break down fat that is already being stored in the body, as well as help suppress the production of new fatty acid and cholesterol (by inhibiting one of the key enzymes involved in fat synthesis.
